(team lift required for heavier loads) ISO experience and 5+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing leadership position are preferred. If you can meet the requirements above, keep reading to find out what your day entails! YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PLANT MANAGERThis is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with a schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM. As our Plant Manager, you'll begin each day focused on ensuring safe, efficient operations while guiding production, shipping, maintenance, and inventory activities toward success. You'll coach and develop employees, oversee hiring and onboarding efforts, manage attendance and payroll approvals, and serve as the vital connection between plant employees and corporate leadership.
