Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual Korean)- Silver Spring, MD, US

Shifts - Days

Job Summary:

• Facilitate new patient consultation and health history review (face to face or telehealth)

• Perform physical examinations and screenings of patients

• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, including x-rays, blood work, and scans.

• Review and interpret test results to diagnose health problems

• Recommend further treatment options or future appointments if needed

• Provide referrals to other providers, when necessary

• Provide after-care/ongoing care information to patients and their families

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bilingual required English Korean Spanish Must be Bilingual English and Korean

• Family Nurse Practitioner certification

• Current state nurse practitioner licensed in the state of California

• Problem-solves well independently and as part of a team.

• Develops strong relationships with patients and their families and has excellent bedside manner.

• Proficient in EHR medical charting and computer-based data management programs/information systems

• Experience assisting with primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.
