We are building over $30M projects up to $300M across all sectors.In this position you will lead a team responsible for numerous construction management related tasks including, project execution, financial management while achieving financial control and profit goals for each projectTake an active role in and guide projects and project teams in each phase including pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction services Identify and focus on critical issues related to constructability including associated costs and logistical issuesEnsure timely and accurate completion of all Shawmut financial processes, controls, and reports, i.e., internal budgets, costs to complete, billings, collections, subcontractor payments, change order preparation and resolution, contracts, etc.Develop, nurture, and maintain ongoing client, architect, subcontractor and industry (landlords, brokers, etc) relationships at the appropriate level reinforcing Shawmut's dedication to continuously addressing their needs and interests.Qualifications10–15 years of construction/project management experienceProven track record managing ground-up, tenant improvement, and renovation projects in occupied or mission-critical life science environments.Demonstrated success managing large $50M+ complex projectsDeep knowledge of MEPs a plusExtensive experience maintaining project budgets and schedulesDirect responsibility of leading and developing staffEEO InformationEligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the future.Shawmut prohibits discrimination against any staff member or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, disability, creed, citizenship status, or any other legally protected characteristic.Salary Range InformationLos Angeles Base Salary Range: $145,000 - $190,000 The range stated is specific to Los Angeles. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles), and internal company equity.
