We are seeking an energetic Event and Sales Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, product presentations, and sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, representing products and services, creating positive customer experiences, and contributing to team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with promotional events and customer engagement activities.
• Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support sales conversations and customer acquisition activities.
• Generate leads through event and promotional interactions.
• Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.
• Build positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers when appropriate.
• Support individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain organized records of leads, customer interactions, and event activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution and customer engagement.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.

• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.

• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
