Project Manager Overview The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from preconstruction to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients, architects, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and successful project execution. Work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of the organization. Manage diverse portfolios of ground-up and renovation construction projects. Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and company procedures. Provide leadership and guidance to field teams to align schedules, safety, and quality. Track project costs and proactively address risks and potential issues. Contribute to a supportive, team-driven culture within a stable and expanding organization. Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties Manage all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and financial performance. Lead subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and buyout processes. Coordinate with field leadership to ensure project alignment on schedule, safety, and quality. Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications. Track project costs and proactively manage risks and potential issues. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and company procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and key stakeholders. Project Manager Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proven ability to manage ground-up and renovation projects effectively. Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project financials. Experience with project management software such as Procore or similar tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
