TITLE
Clinical Staff Educator - Nursing

SCHEDULE

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

Guaranteed Hours: 36

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent experience and commitment to obtain a degree within 3 years).
- Current RN license.
- Healthcare Provider CPR, CNOR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Minimum of 5 years hospital nursing experience.
- 3 years of Operating Room experience required.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide education and instruction for clinical staff.
- Act as a resource for healthcare education and training programs.
- Collaborate with department managers and clinical nurse coordinators to develop educational materials.
- Evaluate educational programs and participant learning, making necessary adjustments.
- Foster teamwork and cooperation among staff through effective communication.
- Support the Quality Management team with educational opportunities and activities.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
Participation in required education programs is expected as applicable to the position.
