Electronics Assembler IWe are seeking a Electronics Assembler I for a manufacturing company in Fitchburg, MA. This role handles assembling, testing, and maintaining electronic components and subassemblies used in the production of high-quality products.Responsibilities:Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products according to work instructions and quality standards.Operate microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to inspect and verify product quality.Read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, schematics, and manufacturing procedures to ensure accurate assembly.Perform soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly using hand and pneumatic tools, including tweezers, cutters, torque drivers, and similar equipment.Accurately complete production records, documentation, and quality-related data.Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment in compliance with company policies and industry standards.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2–3 years of related manufacturing or electronic assembly experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Soldering experience is required; IPC certification is preferred.Proficiency using microscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment.Working knowledge of electronic assembly techniques, components, and manufacturing processes.Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under close supervision.Hours: 1st and 2nd shift available!
