Our client, a well-established multinational D2C e-commerce company operating in the USA, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join their dynamic e-commerce company for a full-time remote job.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and scalability within our organization by optimizing processes, implementing project management tools, and streamlining operations. Your expertise in Notion, process visualization, and standardization will be crucial to your success in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Process Management: Oversee the complete process of launching new projects (or products) with the team, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization. Create instructions and flowcharts for processes across various departments. Analyze, structure, and, if necessary, create processes for all departments within the company.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor processes and improvements, ensuring regular check-ins with departments to verify ongoing activities. Streamline operations in Notion by leveraging automation and integrations with other tools, optimizing workflows, and reducing manual efforts.
• Team Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, define project goals and deliverables, and ensure timely execution. Attend internal meetings to help outline processes and facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members, ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Support task managers by building upon and creating new Notion sections when necessary.
• Project Management: Utilize Notion as a primary tool for project management, documentation, and process optimization. Visualize, standardize, and optimize processes across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Develop task boards in Notion for teams and projects, ensuring clear visibility of project tasks, deadlines, and dependencies. Document processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Playbooks for all key processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Conduct regular project reviews, capture lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management, process optimization, and e-commerce operations.

Qualifications:

• Project management certification.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the e-commerce/IT industry.
• Strong proficiency in using Notion for project management and process documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to visualize and optimize complex processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for driving operational efficiency and scalability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
