How You'll Contribute A RN Nurse Manger who excels in this role: Provide overall direction and supervision of patient care and nursing personnel on the unit. Consult with staff, physicians, and the Program Director regarding nursing practices and hospital policies. Ensure nursing staff compliance with clinical policies and procedures. Participate in incident investigations and the preparation of related reports. Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs. Implement and uphold Standards of Nursing Practice across all functions. Serve as the administrative representative in the absence of the Program Director. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. Graduate of a professional nursing program (AND, BSN or Diploma). Additional Requirements Include Bachelor's degree preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required Minimum two years of rehab nursing experience and two years of supervisory experience preferred.
