Reach Truck / Forklift Operator (Reach & Sit-Down) - 1st Shift

Location: Franklin Park, IL (also supporting Roselle, IL)

Schedule: 1st shift | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

PAY $20/HR

Seeking experienced forklift operators to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for safely operating reach truck and sit-down forklifts to move, store, and stage product efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Operate reach truck and sit-down forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory.
Load and unload product from trailers and stage materials in designated warehouse locations.
Support order fulfillment by transporting product to pick/pack and shipping areas.
Assist with inventory accuracy by tracking product movement and reporting discrepancies.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report safety or mechanical issues immediately.
Follow all warehouse safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

Previous reach truck and/or sit-down forklift experience (warehouse environment preferred).
Ability to follow safety guidelines, work instructions, and productivity standards.
Strong attention to detail and reliability/attendance.
Forklift certification is a plus (site may administer testing).

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods.
Warehouse environment with moving equipment and varying temperatures.
