Join CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions since 1995.

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our team at CHE Behavioral Health Services in Hamden, CT. As a fully licensed mental health clinician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse adult and geriatric populations. With flexible schedules and a strong focus on work-life balance, we offer a supportive clinical and administrative team environment that fosters growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, evidence-based mental health services to adult and geriatric patients in a in-patient care setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
• Demonstrate a commitment to cultural sensitivity, diversity, and inclusivity in all aspects of patient care
