Role Description This is a part-time (15-25 hours/week) role for a Child/Teen Therapist at ST. LOUIS DBT, LLC. Potential for development into Full time employment exists. The role requires conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The Therapist will collaborate with clients and their parents to help them enhance emotion regulation skills, process trauma, and improve interpersonal relationships. The position is located in the Greater St. Louis area, with an option for some work-from-home flexibility to accommodate patient needs and optimize workflow. DBT and DBT for Children training can be provided. Qualifications Proficiency in evidence-based therapies such as Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and/or Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Strong skills in client assessment, treatment planning, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation Experience in providing therapy for conditions such as ODD, ADHD, IED, DMDD, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression Ability to establish a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients facing emotion regulation and interpersonal challenges and their parents Master’s or higher degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Licensed practitioner in MO and/or IL Excellent verbal and written communication skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and practicing within an evidence-based framework Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
