Visit TextronSystems.com to read more about who we are and the products we make!About This Role Textron Systems, Uncrewed Air Systems, is seeking an organized and dependable individual to support the Integration Lab team in our Land and Air Systems division. In this role, you will assist the team with routine administrative and operational tasks under direct guidance. Responsibilities include helping process engineering purchase requests and expense reports, supporting basic inventory tracking, assisting with shipping and receiving of parts, coordinating with procurement and other Textron Systems departments as directed, and maintaining documents by following established configuration management procedures.Additional responsibilities:Assist engineers with data consolidation of various projectsWork with our Integrated Supply Chain to create and track material requisitions and inventoryPurchase and track engineering equipmentAssist management and leads with generating documentation to support the business lineAssist with the configuration management of equipmentManage Shelf-life inventoriesMaintain Calibrated Equipment inventoriesComplete Audits as requiredEnsure action items are worked and closedCoordinate and execute movement of materialQuickly responding to the needs of our remote testing sites, including ordering, shipping, and tracking test equipment, spare hardware and consumables.Ability to work outside of normal working hoursProvide logistic coordination for various eventsAssist in keeping lab clean, stocked and certifications up to dateQualificationsMust be self-motivated and proactiveMust be a team player / Ability to collaborate well within a large team of multiple disciplinesMust be able to multitaskAbility to use general hand and powered, hand toolsAbility to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and overhead cranesMust have an active driver’s licensePrevious experience with database systems such as SharePoint, JIRA and Microsoft Access is a plusMust have clear verbal and written communication skillsMust be proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)Experience with COLTS IMS a plusExperience with eMatrix or Teamcenter a plusExperience reading engineering drawings a plusEligible to obtain a security clearanceHow We CareAt Textron Systems, our talented people make us successful.
