Job Description

Tax Director- High Net Worth

Hybrid near Chicago, Los Angeles, or Miami

Key Responsibilities:

Review federal and state individual and fiduciary tax returns, income tax projections, and supporting workpapers
Apply strong technical skills in individual and fiduciary income tax, with working knowledge of partnerships and S-corporations
Provide strategic tax consulting, planning, and compliance services to clients
Manage day-to-day client needs and oversee the tax return process, identifying and resolving tax issues as needed
Conduct tax research to address and resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Taxation preferred
CPA license preferred
9+ years of progressive experience in public accounting
Familiarity with hedge fund and private equity K-1s
Strong client service mindset with a history of building and maintaining relationships
