Clinical Care Guide
We are currently seeking a Clinical Care Guide for a full time / permanent role with one of our clients based in Peoria, AZ. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it. Duration: Full Time / Permanent Salary Range: $85000 - $90000/Annum Location: Peoria, AZ / Onsite
Job Description:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to include maintaining courteous, friendly and effective communications with patients, team members and external parties.
- A Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Interest in furthering education/certification.
- Electronic Medical Records experience.
- Customer service orientation and experience.
- Strong communication skills across multiple modalities.
- Exceptional organizing skills, detail-orientation
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Active AZ fingerprint clearance card.
- Language proficiency: Mandarin (Must Have)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical background: Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), etc.
- Proficiency with other health care related software platforms.
- High degree of independence, flexibility, initiative, and commitment.
