Join us at CNS as a Caregiver and become a vital part of their journey towards hope, independence, and a more meaningful life.Job Overview: As a member of our team, your role of Caregiver/Direct Care will involve supervising and directly training patients with brain injuries in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and therapeutic home programs. You'll be working in a beautiful residential apartment/home-like setting, offering skilled instruction and supervision to patients. We're committed to promoting a rich environment for each other to thrive through collaboration and empowerment.Benefits:Competitive Caregiver starting wage of $23.00/hr.Opportunity to earn up to $25.25/hr. within six months through our continuing education program.$2/hr. shift differential for those regularly scheduled to work the 3pm – 11:30pm and 11pm - 7:30am shift.401(k).We offer Daily Pay! - access your earnings immediately after you complete your shift!Paid time off, extended sick leave, medical, dental, and life insurance, and holiday pay, for Full time.Continuing education program to earn bonuses and increase wages after just one month of employment.Available Shifts: We are actively recruiting for our ON Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and AM Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).Additional Shift Opportunities: We also offer opportunities on the following schedules, with availability varying by location and business need:AM (7AM - 3:30PM)PM (3PM - 11:30PM)ON (11PM - 7:30AM)Employment Types Available:Full-TimePart-TimePRN (As Needed)Shift and employment status availability will be discussed during the interview process.Key Responsibilities:Teach, monitor, administer and document individual patient programs including ADL's and therapeutic home programs in English.Perform bed, bath, toilet, and chair transfers (up to 20 times per shift) using approved transfer techniques.Ensure for the safety of patients, visitors, staff, and yourself when interacting with patients who may have behavioral outbursts, which can include yelling, exiting, hitting, kicking, biting, scratching, and throwing objects.Job Requirements:Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.Required to have a valid Driver's License, with a clean driving recordSuccessful completion of a drug screen, health screen, and criminal record check (fingerprints) for caregiver positions.If you're eager to embark on a fulfilling career as a Caregiver that truly makes a difference, watch this short video to see the vital role you can play in a meaningful recovery as a Caregiver/Direct Care Provider.
