CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist Pay: $21+/hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Overtime as Needed) Type: Direct Hire Opportunity Job Summary We are seeking a versatile CNC Machinist with experience operating and setting up CNC equipment. Candidates with both CNC Lathe and CNC Mill experience are highly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable machinist looking for long‑term career growth. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency Perform measurements and inspections using precision tools Make program and tooling adjustments as needed Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend solutions Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications Previous CNC machining experience required CNC Lathe and Mill experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience using precision measuring instruments Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
