We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to join our clinical team. Whether you're an experienced lab tech or newly certified, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where your skills make a direct impact on patient care.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct Lab Testing: Perform analysis on blood, tissue, and body fluid samples
- Operate Lab Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot lab instrumentation
- Collaborate with Care Teams: Deliver accurate, timely results to support clinical decisions
- Ensure Compliance: Follow CLIA, CAP, and internal quality protocols
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technology or related field
- MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking abilities
