Business Analyst - Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM Administrator Requirements & Qualifications

• 7–10 years hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and partnering with accounting and supply chain teams
• Track record with administering, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM, including Asset-Based Service and relevant cloud components
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, supply chain, and inventory operations
• Project management experience and ability to communicate effectively across teams
• Relevant certifications for Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM administration and integration (preferred)
• Experience managing cloud upgrades, platform changes, and system integrations
• Familiarity with SOX controls and IT General Controls within a SOX environment

Business Analyst - Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM Administrator Preferred Background & Skills

• Background in construction, field service, or telecommunications organizations
• Experience working in a publicly traded company
• Practical knowledge of revenue reporting, cash management, and SEC reporting
• Familiarity with change control processes, including secure coding and documentation
• Experience configuring APIs and connector integrations between ERP/SCM and adjacent systems (e.g., FSM, IoT, GIS, CRM)
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
