What We Offer Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid training and onboarding Insurance available after 31 days Low-cost medical (as low as $5/week) Dental, vision, HSA/FSA 401(k) with company match 13 days PTO + 8 paid holidays Company-paid life insurance Clean office environment with strong team culture Career growth opportunities within a national network Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls regarding HVAC service, heating repair, air conditioning service, and installation scheduling Make outbound calls to confirm HVAC service appointments and installation schedules Manage scheduling for HVAC technicians and HVAC installers Operate multi-line phone systems while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Provide customers with timely updates regarding heating and air conditioning service appointments Coordinate with dispatchers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure efficient service scheduling Deliver excellent customer service while handling a high volume of HVAC-related service requests Qualifications Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment Experience scheduling service appointments (HVAC or home services preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems Ability to manage multi-line phone systems with accuracy and professionalism Must report daily to the office (no remote work available) Weekend and shift flexibility may be required Must pass background check and drug screening Note: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
