Receptionist

$13 - $14 per hour
Lexington, KY
Randstad is looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable part-iime temporary Receptionist for automotive industry client in Lexington, KY. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will set the tone for our customers' experience—whether welcoming guests in person or directing calls over the phone. This is a great short-term opportunity for anyone looking for a temporary role in a fast-paced, high-energy automotive environment. Qualifications
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with basic computer software (Word, Excel, Email) and multi-line phone system
  • Punctual, dependable, and comfortable interacting with the public
  • Must be able to work 3PM - 7PM, Monday-Friday; 2PM - 6PM, Saturday

    Responsibilities

    • Warmly greet dealership guests, visitors, and customers upon arrival.
    • Answer incoming multi-line phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate department, and take detailed messages.
    • Assist sales, service, and management teams with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
    • Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming showroom reception area.
    • Receive and log incoming mail, packages, and dealership deliveries.

    The essential functions of this role include:
