Digital Consulting Manager/Senior Manager - Oracle EPM ARCS/FCCS/ePBCS/ePCM

Role Overview Senior Manager – Oracle EPM Cloud implementations at Huron, a global consulting firm. This outward‑facing, hands‑on role combines project and engagement management, team leadership, and meaningful interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels. Responsibilities Lead client‑facing engagements throughout all project phases, from pursuit to delivery. Manage projects and conduct intensive data‑analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Engage in overall practice development and mentor coachees (when assigned). Perform general project and organizational administrative tasks. Travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience. 6-10 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud implementations in a consulting role. 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist. Successfully delivered multiple end‑to‑end implementation projects in one or more of the following areas: Oracle EPM ARCS, FCCS, ePCM, and/or Planning. Experience developing and growing others through coaching and leadership. Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client challenges. Benefits Estimated base salary range: $145,000 – $190,000, with additional annual incentive compensation potentially raising total compensation to $166,750 – $237,500.
