Digital Marketing Specialist — Lead Generation & Lifecycle Marketing

Our client is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in local lead generation, paid search, SEO, and lifecycle marketing to join their growing team. You will play a key role in managing customer acquisition and retention across established brands while building repeatable marketing systems for new market launches. Your work will directly impact lead volume, booking profitability, customer retention, and revenue growth as their business expands into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale hyper-local Google Search and Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns for existing markets and new market launches, optimizing keywords, ad copy, landing pages, budgets, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Track and report key performance indicators including CPL, CAC, ROAS, booking conversion rates, and overall lead-generation performance.
• Improve local organic visibility through Google Business Profile management, citation consistency, localized link building, geo-targeted landing pages, keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Optimize content and local search strategies for emerging search surfaces, including Google AI Overviews and AI-driven recommendations, while implementing review-generation strategies to strengthen social proof.
• Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM reporting, UTM tracking, and split testing to identify pipeline bottlenecks and improve performance across new and established markets.
• Develop recurring-booking workflows and automated email/SMS lifecycle campaigns, including seasonal reactivation and win-back campaigns designed to convert one-time customers into long-term subscribers.
• Create repeatable templates, processes, and marketing playbooks that allow lifecycle and lead-generation programs to be efficiently deployed across each new market.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally within local home services, home care, franchise networks, or multi-location B2C businesses.
• Proven experience directly managing and scaling profitable Google Ads budgets with a strong focus on local lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization, localized link building, schema markup, and technical SEO.
• Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, WordPress/CMS landing page builders, and basic HTML/CSS.
• Comfortable with UTM tracking, split testing, performance reporting, and translating marketing data into actionable insights.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, build processes from the ground up, and support marketing programs across multiple markets.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and effective in a 100% remote, asynchronous work environment, with availability for core hours overlapping with Central Time (Austin, TX).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-location or multi-brand B2C businesses within the services sector.
• Background in launching digital marketing programs for new geographic markets.
• Experience building automated customer lifecycle programs focused on recurring bookings, reactivation, and retention.
