The successful candidate will initially join as Chief Officer, working closely alongside a very experienced Captain who is happy to guide, support, and help prepare them to transition into the Captain's role.Once stepping up to Captain, the position will move onto a 2:2 rotation.The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong operational experience, and the confidence to lead from the front while remaining humble, team-focused, and eager to learn the vessel and program properly before taking command.Requirements / Ideal Experience:• Must hold Master 500GT or Master 3000GT• Strong Chief Officer or Captain experience• Excellent leadership and communication skills• Confident with safety, deck operations, crew management, and vessel procedures.• Professional, calm, and solutions-focused• Comfortable starting as Chief Officer for the first 4 months before stepping up• Private/charter experience essential.• New build experience is a plus• Team player with a positive, hands-on attitudeThis is a stellar opportunity for someone looking to progress into a rotational Captain role within a supportive and professional program.Package to be discussed upon interview.Further details to be discussed with suitable candidates.Point of contact for this position is Nicole van Zyl #J-18808-Ljbffr
