Controller / Senior Accountant

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Processing bi-weekly payroll for team of 24; paying withholding taxes; filing monthly and quarterly IRS and State payroll forms Preparing, tracking, and sending monthly invoices for billable hours on active jobs Preparing, entering, and maintaining all AR & AP entries including invoices, bills, and payments in QuickBooks Completing monthly & quarterly income statement analysis to determine cost savings opportunities Implementing process improvements Recommending and implementing new financial strategies to increase business functions and profitability such as investing in CDs, opening new lines of credit, and offering 401(k) benefits Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Experience with QuickBooks We treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
