What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient dermatological care focusing predominantly on medical dermatology (approximately 90%) and cosmetic dermatology (10%)
• Perform procedures such as skin tag removal and skin cancer biopsies (about 80% of visits)
• Manage a high-volume practive with around 4-5 patients per hour, including procedures
• Collaborate with a dedicated team in a Level 2 trauma facility
• Document patient care using EPIC EMR system
• Contribute to reopening and expanding dermatology services at a new, fully renovated medical center
• Support patient education, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Participate in quality improvement and community outreach efforts

What You Need

• Medical license in Michigan or the ability to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology (must become certified within 3 years if eligible)
• Successful completion of residency in dermatology within the last year (truly Board eligible)
• Strong procedural skills with high-volume skin procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
