• Shift: 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM 4:00 PM or similar) during a 14-day rotation, with weekend call coverage on Saturdays and Sundays
• Hours/Week: Approx. 40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-time, contract
• License/Certs: Medical License in Indiana (or eligible), Board Certified or Eligible Psychiatrist
• Experience: Prior inpatient adult psychiatric care preferred

What You ll Do:

• Provide adult psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning
• Manage medication regimens for adult patients with behavioral health issues
• Collaborate with inpatient NPs and other team members to ensure quality patient care
• Participate in weekend call coverage during assigned 14-day rotation
• Document clinical findings in accordance with facility policies
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Support the ongoing mental health needs of patients in a licensed 48-bed facility

What You Need:

• Active Indiana Medical License
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry
• At least 2 years of inpatient adult psychiatric experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule, including weekend call coverage
• Local or nearby candidate preferred (commuting support if applicable)
