Client Service Representative

Join our team at VCA Bloomington Animal Hospital! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our hospital. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience while supporting our veterinary team. What You'll Do Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications. Process payments and explain hospital services and fees. Maintain accurate medical records and client information. Assist clients with prescription requests, products, and general pet care information. Help keep the hospital clean, organized, and running efficiently. What We're Looking For Previous customer service or veterinary reception experience preferred. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Positive attitude with a passion for helping people and their pets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Compensation Pay range is $ 16.49 - $18.50/hr and is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.
