RN Cath Lab Baylor Heart & Vascular Hospital DallasPerforms and documents ongoing assessments including observation, physical examination, laboratory/test results, and patient response to procedural intervention. Reviews and revises plan of care according to change in patient's status. Incorporates patient teaching/discharge planning to promote optimal patient outcomes. Coordinates and documents appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge.Position: Invasive Cardiology RN Cath LabPatient Population: Adult Cardiology, Electrophysiology and Vascular patientsStatus: Full Time DaysShift: 4/10 Hour DaysCall Requirements: One day a week and one weekend every six weeks. Must be within 30min call radius.Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of high-level Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU and/or Cath Lab RN experience.
