IT Project Manager

4 Corner Resources is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead multiple medium and occasionally large internal IT and business projects from start to finish. The team is growing and adding to its ranks. This onsite Orlando role gives a hands-on leader full ownership of project delivery across both software and hardware initiatives, with room to shape planning, scheduling, and process along the way.

IT Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver IT and business initiatives on time and on budget
• Plan and schedule software deployments and coordinate them with hardware purchases and deployments
• Direct site readiness assessments for hardware projects by assigning and guiding the team that prepares them
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and communication strategies that keep every stakeholder informed
• Identify and secure project resources, manage risks early, and track progress using established PMO processes and tools
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures with accurate financial reporting
• Facilitate project reviews, executive updates, and governance audits
• Drive continuous improvement across project management practices, reporting, and metrics

IT Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• 8 or more years managing IT or business projects with strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Hands-on experience across multiple methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative
• Experience managing both SaaS and internal software development projects
• Ability to adapt leadership style to varying teams and project conditions
• Clear verbal and written communication across all levels of an organization
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with project portfolio management tools such as Clarity or JIRA
• Strong analytical and financial management skills
