Litigation Attorney

Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their trial practice. Whether you are an early-career attorney ready for significant courtroom exposure or an experienced litigator seeking a long-term professional home, this role offers direct case management, active trial work, and structured mentorship from seasoned partners. Base Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year Performance Bonus: Discretionary performance and originations bonuses. Key Responsibilities: Manage civil and commercial litigation matters from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct depositions, court hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings. Perform detailed legal research and analyze complex legal issues. Communicate directly with high-value clients, providing tailored strategy and responsive representation. Collaborate with firm partners and senior counsel on complex, high-stakes disputes. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active Membership in good standing with The Florida Bar (or pending admission). Experience: Open to all levels of experience, provided the candidate has a strong foundational background or passion for civil/commercial litigation. Local Connection (Required): Demonstrated current or prior ties to Vero Beach, Indian River County, or the Treasure Coast region.
