Job Description:
- Assist with plant scheduling.
- Assist managing hourly workforce,
- job bid and training process.
- Assist in tracking, reporting, and analyzing attendance and labor metrics.
- Audit employee records for accuracy.
- Assist with planning plant engagement activities, updating employee files etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Must be knowledgeable of HR practices.
- Have extensive knowledge of software applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Be proficient in typing, spelling, punctuation, grammar, general math, oral communication, and general computer skills.
- Exercise good judgment, discretion, accuracy, organizational ability, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision 6. Excellent project and time management skills.
- 2 years' experience HR Generalist/Scheduler
- Must be knowledgeable of HR practices.
- Assist with plant scheduling & managing hourly workforce, job bid and training process.
- This is an On-site position. While training, hours will be 8-5
- HS Diploma
