What You'll Do:

• Provide infusion therapy to adult and geriatric oncology patients in outpatient clinics
• Float between multiple clinic locations as needed, ensuring continuity of care
• Administer chemotherapy and manage symptoms according to treatment plans
• Document patient care activities accurately using EPIC EMR system
• Monitor patient responses and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible to practice
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient infusion nursing experience
• Chemo-certified (ONS) with infusion treatment expertise
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Strong documentation skills with EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt to float assignments
