Prep And Breakfast Supervisor
Rocky's Burgers, Franks & Fries is seeking a hands-on Prep and Breakfast Supervisor to lead morning preparation and breakfast service. This position starts at 5:30 a.m. and supports food quality, safety, efficiency, and guest service.
Your role and responsibilities include:
- Morning prep: Organize prep lists, assign opening tasks, and ensure breakfast items are ready before service.
- Breakfast service: Coordinate workflow, monitor ticket times and quality, and support the team during service.
- Food safety: Verify proper temperatures, labeling, storage, sanitation, and food handling.
- Inventory: Monitor prep levels, rotation, waste, supplies, and shortages.
- Team leadership: Train and coach employees on recipes, equipment, opening procedures, and service standards.
- Shift support: Set priorities, resolve routine concerns, and provide an accurate handoff to restaurant leadership.
