• Flexible supplemental scheduling with  various day, evening, and night shifts available.

• Dedicated  Hospitalist service for admissions and robust  subspecialty support at each location.
\n
• Integrated Epic EMR system across all clinics and hospitals.
\n

Compensation & Benefits: \n

• Competitive Hourly rate of $285 an hour.
\n

Practice Details: \n

\n
• 7 employed physicians in the Emergency Medicine group.
\n
• Primary location: Deaconess Illinois Medical Center in Marion, IL.
\n
• 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)on staff.
\n
• Shift Structure: \n
  \n
  • Day Shift (7 AM 7 PM)staffed with 1 physician & 1 APP .
  \n
  • Night Shift (7 PM 7 AM)staffed with 1 nocturnist physician & 1 APP .
  \n
\n
• Average daily patient encounters:  55.
\n
• Average daily admissions at Marion campus:  11.
\n
• Referral base: ED visits, direct admissions, and regional transfers.
\n
• Subspecialty support: Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Neurology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Colorectal Surgery, and more.
\n
