Hospice RN PRN — Flexible Inpatient Care

Reserve Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN inpatient facility coverage at Stein Hospice in Sandusky, OH. You will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care in collaboration with the transdisciplinary team, aligning with the Plan of Care and nursing process. You will assess needs, manage pain, educate families, support patients emotionally, and participate in on-call rotations and care conferences.
