Licensed Marriage And Family TherapistLocation: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMJob Summary: We're seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients throughout Maryland. This role centers on helping people improve family dynamics, strengthen relationships, manage emotional challenges, and work through personal or interpersonal concerns in a virtual setting. You will spend your day providing therapy, documenting sessions, and guiding clients through practical, clinically sound treatment strategies.Responsibilities:Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and familiesAssess presenting concerns and create appropriate treatment goalsProvide ongoing therapeutic support based on evidence-based practicesKeep accurate progress notes and treatment documentationIdentify changes in client needs and respond with appropriate clinical interventions
