The Executive Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company's payer strategy, leading complex contract negotiations, and guiding a high-performing team. Collaboration with various leaders across the organization is essential to shape payer strategy, advance value-based care initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Master's degree with at least 8 years' of experience or a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years' of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-value payer negotiations, expertise in reimbursement methodologies, and a strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory and managed care landscape, particularly within the New York State environment. The role requires a leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and a talent for driving change management efforts. A background in value-based care models, risk-based contracting, and alternative payment approaches is highly valued, as is experience with financial modeling and business intelligence tools.
