Junior E-commerce Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Manage and update product content across North American e-commerce sites for desktop and mobile
- Partner with Merchandising, Product Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to ensure accurate and engaging product pages
- Review digital assets and marketing campaigns for accuracy and adherence to style guidelines
- Submit and track creative requests for web updates
- Suggest improvements to the online shopping experience using website data and feedback
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree (Merchandising, Marketing, or Communications preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing or project management role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with digital marketing, web analytics, GA4, or Google experience is a plus
