Radiologic Technologist $7500 Sign on Bonus

Position Overview The Flex Radiologic Technologist (RT) works with medical providers and/or medical assistants in the examination and treatment of GoHealth Urgent Care patients. The role provides x‑ray services across multiple urgent care sites, performing technical procedures, analyzing results, and supporting efficient operations. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay : Monthly incentive pay based on performance metrics. Sign‑on bonus up to $7,500 (eligible external applicants). Hourly Rate $29.50 – $44.00 depending on experience, with an increased rate for flexibility to two centers. Referral bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Collaborate with medical providers and medical assistants for patient care management and communication. Perform and analyze patient x‑rays, applying appropriate ionizing radiation for diagnosis or treatment across all age groups. Conduct patient preparation, interviews, vital signs, and point‑of‑care testing as needed. Maintain medical records, scan charts, and perform documentation management. Perform daily maintenance, calibration, QA/QC logging, and troubleshoot equipment. Ensure proper patient positioning, explain procedures, and maintain patient comfort and safety. Support clinic operations and collaborate with the provider to determine procedures or views that best assist in accurate diagnoses and treatment. Adhere to radiation safety protocols, implement ALARA principles, and maintain equipment cleanliness. Qualifications Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a clinical setting preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at the time of hire.
