Labcorp Genetics Customer Service Support Representative II- Remote

Labcorp Genetics seeks a remote customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and insurance carriers regarding accounts and billing inquiries. The role involves resolving patient account issues, setting up payment plans, and using multiple systems to address customer questions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume of inbound calls from patients, providers, and insurance carriers
• Make outbound calls to resolve patient accounts receivable and customer inquiries
• Initiate and manage payment plans for outstanding patient balances
• Research and resolve issues using multiple systems and resources in real time
• Maintain established performance and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years healthcare-related call center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with multiple computer systems and alphanumeric data entry
• Knowledge of confidentiality, privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Preferred: XIFIN experience, specialty testing/genetics healthcare background, bilingual English/Spanish

Compensation: $19.00–$22.00 per hour
