Senior Leave & Benefits Analyst Irvine, CA (Onsite) | Full-Time | Construction Industry Overview A well-established company in the construction industry is seeking an experienced Leave & Benefits Analyst to support HR operations. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in leave management, accommodations, and workers’ compensation while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and delivering a high level of support to employees and leaders. Responsibilities Administer all leave of absence programs (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, Military, Personal, STD/LTD, etc.), including intake, tracking, communication, pay coordination, benefits eligibility, and return‑to‑work processes Manage ADA accommodations and partner with HR and leadership on the interactive process Oversee workers’ compensation claims, including reporting, tracking, and coordination with carriers and brokers Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to leave and workers’ compensation; update policies and communicate changes as needed Support benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), wellness) and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries Assist with bi‑weekly payroll audits, including benefit deductions and pay accuracy for employees on leave Support open enrollment and ongoing benefits initiatives Prepare reports and analyze data for HR leadership Maintain and update SOPs and process documentation Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing leave of absence, ADA accommodations, and workers’ compensation Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field) HR or benefits certification preferred Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and leave management systems Strong knowledge of multi‑state leave laws, ADA processes, and workers’ compensation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Work Environment Primarily sedentary role with extended computer use Frequent communication with internal teams and external vendors #J-18808-Ljbffr
