Senior Manager, Media Measurement Strategy

Job Overview:We are seeking a Senior Manager, Media Measurement Strategy, to join a newly formed media measurement team. This role will play a critical part in shaping how marketing investment decisions are made, bringing rigor, structure, and clarity to short‑term optimization, long‑term effectiveness, and enterprise‑level spend strategy.This is not a reporting or attribution operations role. It is a strategy and decision‑enablement role, owning the interpretation of measurement outputs and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations for the business.Why This Role MattersAs one of the first senior hires on this team, you will help establish the operating model, guardrails, and storytelling approach that leadership will rely on to allocate media and commercial investment with confidence.This role will help move the organization from measurement as hindsight to measurement as a decision system. Operating in a build‑phase environment, you will balance rigor with practicality while shaping expectations, norms, and best practices for how measurement informs decisions.
