Administrative Assistant

to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be the heartbeat of our front office. We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, and detail-oriented to help us deliver exceptional care from day one. Processing patient intake and check out. Assisting patients in person, over the phone, via email, etc. Processing initial treatment payments for patients. Processing insurance breakdowns for treatment. -What Can You Bring To Our Team- 2-5 years of experience in Dental administrative role. Experience in dental office environment required. Established phone etiquette. Interested?
