Taxable hourly rate: $27.50
Housing stipend: $770.00
Meals and incidentals stipend: $476.00 What You’ll Do

Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with discipline-specific standards and facility expectations.
Evaluate, treat, document, and help patients/residents improve function, independence, safety, communication, mobility, and quality of life.
Collaborate with rehab leadership, nursing, facility teams, families, and care partners.
Step into the assignment with professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-centered approach. What We’re Looking For

Active or eligible VA license for Physical Therapist / PT.
Prior SNF, LTC, assisted living, or post-acute experience preferred / New Grad Acceptable
Travel experience preferred but not required for the right clinician.
Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
