This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexible scheduling that accommodates clients' needs, including evening and weekend availability. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists, to provide integrated and holistic support to our clients. Our outpatient facility is equipped with state-of-the-art telehealth technology, enabling effective outreach and support.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate each client's substance use history and mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Work closely with a diverse treatment team to ensure a collaborative approach to client care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to promote greater awareness and active participation in the recovery process.

• Participate in regular case reviews and team meetings to optimize therapeutic strategies and interventions.

The primary client population will consist of individuals facing substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring mental health conditions. You will work with a diverse demographic, from adolescents to adults, who are seeking support to overcome addiction and grow into healthier, substance-free lives. Your role is pivotal in helping clients navigate personal challenges and empowering them to develop coping strategies that foster sustainable recovery.

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
