Job Description The Farmers Insurance Plymouth District Office is hiring an Agency Business Consultant or Sales Manager to help recruit, train, and grow top-performing insurance agents. About the Role As a Farmers Insurance Agency Business Consultant, you will be the strategic partner and performance coach for a network of agency owners. You will help agents scale their business, improve sales performance, and recruit new producers. You will also lead new agent onboarding and guide them through the Protégé Agent Program, ensuring they have the systems, knowledge, and accountability to succeed. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills with a results-driven mindset and a passion for developing others.
