Information Technology Manager

Overview We are a fast-growing technology company based in Las Vegas and we are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Part-time and remote work options may be available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of our companys information technology systems Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems Manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise Ensure the integrity of data backups and disaster recovery plans Manage software applications used by the company including installation, updates and licenses Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends to recommend improvements or upgrades to our systems Lead a team of IT professionals to ensure smooth operations of all systems Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols and software applications Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS or Azure Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders Additional Information We welcome candidates from all nationalities who meet the requirements for this position.
