Agency: Department of Health Working Title: OPS GOVERNMENT ANALYST I - 64802018 This position provides operational and system support for the information technology systems requirements of the office. The following is a list of expected duties and responsibilities: Assist with the design, planning, implementation, and change management of the Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) and licensure compliance information system as assigned. Participate in status meetings for internal and external stakeholders, including management, subject matter experts, vendors, and end users. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for the MMUR and licensure compliance information system, including the writing and execution of UAT scripts, as assigned. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business needs and assess system functionality as needed. Provide end-user technical assistant, as needed, to support efficient operation of the information technology systems. Develop and implement guidelines, tools, and training for conducting technical support. #J-18808-Ljbffr Florida
