Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at BodyKore Fitness Equipment located in Garden Grove, CA. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory and logistics, managing warehouse staff, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, coordinating inboud/outbound logistics, negotiating rates with freight carriers and ensuring efficient production processes. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and implement strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in operations management
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Experience in the fitness or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
